Thankful

As we enter into Thanksgiving week, I like to reflect on those people and things I am grateful for. We are so fortunate to have so many blessings in America. Abundance of food, clean water and technology. I am humbled by those in this world who struggle to have food on their tables, a glass of clear, clean water isn’t possible and only have electricity on a few days of the month.

Let all of us strive to do better with the wealth and resources that are here. For those who live in our neighborhoods, city or state; if your life intersects with theirs; please open your heart, your wallet or your home. If we all do this, just think of what our towns would look like!

If you can not than help at a shelter who feeds those in need, invite someone who is alone to your table and break bread together. That is my Thanksgiving prayer. Let’s leave this Thanksgiving, a bit better, than we found it.

Blessings!
